Ingredients
- 45 mlAged agricole rhum
- 15 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 7.5 mlFalernum liqueur
- 7.5 mlPimento dram
- 15 mlLime juice
- 15 mlOrange juice
- 15 mlHoney and water syrup
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a TIKI MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of 3 skewered blueberries and a long thin slice of pineapple to illustrate the name.
- 3FLASH-BLEND all ingredients with 7oz scoop of crushed ice and pour into Tiki mug / collins or sling glass.
- 4Garnish with skewered fruit.
- 5Serve with a straw.
