- 30 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 15 mlOloroso sherry
- 12.5 mlOrgeat syrup
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 22.5 mlCream of coconut

Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.

Prepare garnish of creole-style bitters and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with dashes of creole-style bitters to colour ice crown and top with maraschino cherry.

Serve with a straw.
