- 15 mlCoffee liqueur
- 15 mlCinnamon syrup
- 40 mlPineapple juice
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 2 dashOrange bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of half orange slice wheel and mint sprigs.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5Garnish with orange slice and mint sprigs bouquet.
