  • 10 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
  • 30 mlRed quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
  • Top up with Prosecco
Method

    MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.

    Add Dubbonet, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
  3. 3
    Slowly TOP with Prosecco and lightly stir.
