Ingredients
- 30 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 30 mlBourbon whiskey
- 10 mlGinger liqueur
- 10 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare skewered crystallised ginger for garnish.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger.
