Ingredients
- 60 mlScotch whisky
- 10 mlPeated malt whisky
- 10 mlMarshmallow syrup
- 6 dropTonka bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of peated whisky (in atomiser) and skewered toasted marshmallow.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Spray surface with peated whisky and garnish with skewered marshmallow.
