Ingredients
- 45 mlVanilla rum
- 15 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 22.5 mlDark crème de cacao
- 10 mlHoney and water syrup
- 15 mlWhipping cream
- 10 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of cocoa powder and two segments of Toblerone chocolate.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Dust surface of cocktail with cocoa powder and place segments of Toblerone on rim.
