Ingredients
- 2.5 mlDry vermouth
- 45 mlLowland malt whisky
- 10 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 10 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 1 pinch Black pepper
Method
- 1RINSE chilled glass with vermouth and set aside.
- 2STIR other ingredients with ice and strain into rinsed glass.
