- 15 mlSingle malt Scotch whisky
- 15 mlAmontillado sherry
- 15 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 7.5 mlHoney herbal liqueur
- 5 mlWalnut liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
