- 15 mlBlack raspberry liqueur
- 40 mlApple juice

- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (expressed and discarded) and speared fresh raspberry or float dehydrated raspberry.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
