Ingredients
- 25 mlAged Jamaican rum
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 25 mlAged Jamaican rum
- 20 mlApple juice (clear)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3POUR first half of the rum, sugar syrup and bitters into glass.
- 4Add two ice cubes and STIR.
- 5Add rest of rum, another couple of ice cubes and STIR again.
- 6Fill glass with ice and STIR again.
- 7FLOAT apple juice.
- 8EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
