Ingredients
- 60 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 10 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 7.5 mlBrown sugar syrup
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR half the rum with two ice cubes in a chilled glass.
- 4Add PX sherry, sugar syrup, bitters, and two more ice cubes.
- 5STIR some more and add another two ice cubes and the rest of the rum.
- 6STIR some more and add more ice.
- 7EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
