- 25 mlAñejo tequila
- 5 mlNavy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.)
- 15 mlLime juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
