- 5 mlCrème de violette
- 15 mlCognac (brandy)
- 105 mlBrut sparkling wine
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of edible flower.
- 3SPRAY violet liqueur onto inside surface of glass and set aside.
- 4STIR brandy with ice and strain into chilled glass.
- 5TOP with sparkling wine.
- 6Garnish with edible flower.
