  • 15 mlCognac (brandy)
  • 105 mlBrut sparkling wine

    Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of edible flower.

    SPRAY violet liqueur onto inside surface of glass and set aside.

    STIR brandy with ice and strain into chilled glass.

    TOP with sparkling wine.
