- 30 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 45 mlWhipping cream
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of Cadbury's Flake.
- 3MUDDLE raspberries and strawberries in base of shaker.
- 4Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Lightly WHIP cream and FLOAT on cocktail.
- 7Garnish with Cadbury's Flake crumbled over cocktail's surface.
