- 45 mlAromatic bitters
- 15 mlOP high ester aged pot still rum
- 60 mlPineapple juice
- 30 mlLime juice
- 45 mlCream of coconut
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a POCO GRANDE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
