- 20 mlAmaro (e.g. Meletti)
- 20 mlRed bitter liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit or orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS grapefruit or orange zest twist over cocktail.
