- 5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 1.25 mlGomme syrup
- 1 dashAbsinthe
- 1 dashOrange bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist expressed and discarded. Adorn with skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
