- 45 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 15 mlPamplemousse liqueur
- 2.5 mlCinnamon syrup
- 1 dashXocolatl mole bitters

- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of smouldering (smoking) cinnamon stick.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
