- 30 mlOP high ester aged pot still rum
- 15 mlFalernum liqueur
- 10 mlCinnamon syrup
- 15 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 15 mlLime juice
- 1 dashAromatic bitters

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist and lime wedge.

RINSE glass with absinthe and discard excess.
