Ingredients
- 45 mlVanilla vodka
- 15 mlCoconut rum liqueur
- 7.5 mlLime juice
- 22.5 mlPineapple juice
- 7.5 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 1.25 mlBlue curaçao liqueur

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.

Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

POUR the liqueur into the centre of the cocktail. It should sink to create a blue base and leave a blue spot in the centre of the cocktail's frothy head.

Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.
