- 2 fresh Strawberries (fresh)
- 45 mlRaspberry vodka
- 5 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 10 mlStrawberry sugar syrup
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 2.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with lemon or orange juice and dip into sugar).
- 3Prepare garnish of heart-shaped strawberry slice.
- 4MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- 5Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 6FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 7Garnish with strawberry slice on rim.
