- 45 mlSingle malt Scotch whisky
- 15 mlPommeau du Normandie
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 4 fresh Cranberries (fresh)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
