  • 15 mlPommeau du Normandie
  • 20 mlLemon juice
  • 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
  • 4 fresh Cranberries (fresh)

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
