Ingredients
- 1 barspoonStrawberry jam
- 50 mlCognac (brandy)
- 20 mlPinot Noir red wine
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of half strawberry and mint sprigs.
- 3STIR strawberry jam and brandy in base of shaker until jam is dissolved.
- 4Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6Garnish with strawberry on rim and mint sprigs bouquet.
