Classic cocktail recipe

  • 45 mlCognac (brandy)
  • 15 mlBlack raspberry liqueur
  • 15 mlLemon juice
  • 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of spot 2 drops of Angostura bitters on surface of drink.

    SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. 4
    DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  5. 5
    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
