- 25 mlReposado tequila
- 25 mlPassionfruit liqueur
- 20 mlLime juice
- 15 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 12.5 mlPassion fruit purée
- 10 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of Verdita served on the side.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
