Ingredients
- 50 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 22.5 mlOrange-red aperitivo
- 7.5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 2 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Orange zest twist (discarded) and orange slice wheel.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with orange slice.
