- 50 mlAmericano rosso
- 25 mlSloe gin liqueur
- 90 mlBitter lemon tonic
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (expressed while making and discarded) and garnish with lemon wedge and aromatic herbs.
- 3POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- 4Briefly STIR.
