- 15 mlApple and plum cordial
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 30 mlApple juice
- 45 mlLight white rum
- 15 mlMango purée
- 15 mlPassion fruit syrup
- 22.5 mlOrange juice
Method
- 1SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
- 2SHAKE other ingredients with ice and carefully strain into glass so this second layer floats on first.
