Ingredients
- 25 mlBourbon whiskey
- 25 mlCognac (brandy)
- 20 mlGentian liqueur
- 15 mlDry vermouth
- 5 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 dashCreole bitters
- 1 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
