- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare lemon slice wheel for garnish.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 6FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 7Garnish with lemon slice.
