- 22.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 60 mlApple juice
- 15 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dust with cinnamon powder (sprinkled through flame).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
