Ingredients
- 30 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlElderflower liqueur
- 10 mlLime juice
- 50 mlWatermelon juice
- 7.5 mlAgave syrup
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime zest shavings.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5FILL glass with shaved ice and heap to form a crown.
- 6Garnish with lime zest grated over cocktail.
