- 15 mlChamomile/Camomile liqueur
- 7.5 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 1 dashAbsinthe
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of sprig of Gypsophila (Baby's Breath) or elderflower.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with a sprig of Gypsophila (Baby's Breath) or elderflower pegged to rim.
