Ingredients
- 1 fresh Passion fruit
- 30 mlGin
- 60 mlSauvignon Blanc wine
- 5 mlOrange Curaçao
- 45 mlGinger ale
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.
- 3Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out flesh into shaker.
- 4Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5STRAIN (fine strain if you don't want passion fruit seeds in cocktail) into ice-filled glass.
- 6TOP with ginger ale and briefly stir.
- 7Garnish with orange slice wheel.
