Ingredients
- 60 mlVodka
- 1 pea Wasabi paste
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Squeeze a pea-sized quantity of wasabi paste onto a barspoon and STIR with vodka until wasabi dissolves.
- 2Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
