- 60 mlGin
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of watermelon wedge.

MUDDLE watermelon wedge (approx. 70g of flesh removed from skin) in base of shaker.

Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with watermelon wedge on rim.
