- 50 mlWatermelon flavoured vodka
- 7.5 mlOrange Curaçao
- 30 mlWatermelon juice
- 15 mlLime juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 dashOrange bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of watermelon wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with watermelon wedge on rim.
