Ingredients
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 40 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered orange slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail).
- 3SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass, while also pouring soda water.
- 5Garnish with skewered orange wheel and maraschino cherry sail.
