- 60 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 15 mlWhite crème de cacao
- 15 mlBanana liqueur
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 6 dropGrapefruit bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dehydrated banana chip.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with dehydrated banana chip.
