Ingredients
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 20 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 3 dashAromatic bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry (sail).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 6FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 7Garnish with skewered lemon slice and cherry (sail).
