45 mlVanilla vodka
20 mlMacadamia nut syrup
15 mlWhite crème de cacao
1 whole Egg (white and yolk)
2 dashAromatic bitters

Method

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of square of white chocolate.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
