- 25 mlCoffee liqueur
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 25 mlHeavy/double cream
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
- 3STIR first 3 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5Lightly WHIP cream (shake sealed cream container) and carefully FLOAT on cocktail.
