- 22.5 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 15 mlGentian liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist expressed and discarded.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
