Ingredients
- 60 mlMixed berry flavoured vodka
- 30 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and skewered seasonal berries.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 7Garnish with skewered berries.
