Ingredients
- 45 mlScotch whisky
- 20 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlHoney and water syrup
- 7.5 mlPimento dram
- 7.5 mlCherry brandy
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2No garnish to prepare.
- 3SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5DRIZZLE cherry brandy (which will fall through the cocktail to form a red base).
- 6Serve naked, without garnish.
