- 15 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 15 mlCrรจme de violette
- 15 mlRed quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
- 10 mlChilled water
- 2 dashCreole bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

STIR all ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
