  • 7.5 mlTriple sec
  • 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
  • 2 dashCreole bitters

    Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

    POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass.

    TOP with chilled water and set to one side.

    Separately, SHAKE other ingredients with ice.
  6. 6
    DISCARD contents of glass (absinthe, water and ice).
  7. 7
    FINE STRAIN cocktail into empty absinthe-coated glass.
  8. 8
    EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
