Ingredients

- 40 mlCognac (brandy)
- 20 mlMandarin liqueur
- 5 mlPeated malt whisky
- 3 dashChocolate bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist with a flamed clove.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
