Ingredients
- 20 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 20 mlLight white rum
- 15 mlBanana liqueur
- 10 mlGalliano liqueur
- 45 mlOrange juice
- 25 mlPineapple juice
- 5 mlLime juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of banana carved to resemble a bird, or skewered pineapple wedge, Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and half orange slice wheel.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with carved banana or skewered pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry and half orange slice.
